Teams
Management Support Division
- HR

The HR team manages internal personnel resources and strives to provide employees with a pleasant working environment thereby ultimately aiding the organization to achieve its goals. Employment, evaluation, welfare and payroll management are some of the works the HR team primarily focuses on. Additionlly, the HR team structures certain corporate codes of conduct and regulations that help create a systematic organization.
- Financial Accounting
- The Financial Accounting team executes funds based on a pre-planned execution schedule. Additionally, the team handles certain corporate tax related issues, manages the overall P/L of the company and deals with corporate expenses.
- Support Team
- The Support team focuses on providing the best possible service to employees of FIG so that the respective employees can efficiently carry out their day to day tasks. From handing out free coffees and beverages to greeting visitors and driving corporate vehicles, the Support team provides the full range of services to FIG employees.
- PR Team
- The PR team's main responsibility is to enhance the brand awareness of FIG and FIG's subsidiaries. Establishing public relations of the company, responding to both domestic and global issues and keeping industry trends up to date are some of the main tasks of the PR team.
- Audit Team
- The audit team is mandated to provide an assessment of the organization's risks, control environment, and operational effectiveness. Through such assessment the team serves to improve processes and internal controls within the company.
- Product Management Division
- The Product Management Division is in charge of establishing product service strategy and structuring and improving UX/UI of all FIG owned services. The team derives insight from extensive research and user feedback analysis data in order to suggest features that would improve the user experience of FIG owned services. By communicating with other divisions, the Product Management Division decides the product development specifications and schedule and conducts QA/QC on all FIG owned services.
- Development Division
- The Development Division is in charge of developing all FIG related products. Documents are converted into PDF format using a proprietary conversion engine which are then sent to receive signatures from the contract participants. The division is also in charge of developing tools that help internal team members more easily manage e-contract customers. APIs for enterprise environment are provided to FIG's corporate customers while the division applies a microservice architecture in order to manage the APIs. Finally, the division is in charge of researching and developing blockchain related technology such as Cosmos based blockchain networks, DiD, decentralized e-contract system and mainnet technology.
- Investment Management Division
- The Investment Management Division is in charge of sourcing, investing and managing companies and projects that align with FIG's investment philosophy. From deal sourcing, review and due diligence, execution to post-investment management, the division proposes business models to growing companies and evaluates projects according to FIG's investment mechanism.

There is one thing in common that all new employees tell me. That FIG is a company that really cares about its employees. Whenever I hear that, I feel proud to be an employee here and become more motivated to do my job better so that I can contribute to making FIG a place where more employees can come to work with joy. All of the good members coming together made today's FIG and such is also the reason for more talents gathering here at FIG. I hope more people get to know FIG's charm and potential as a company.
Product Management Division
When I think of FIG, the phrase "growing along with the company" comes to my mind. Horizontal relationship among employees really makes communication between team members much easier which allows members to maintain a flexible mindset. Interesting ideas are being thrown out on a daily basis. Furthermore, having to work with members from different divisions allowed me to understand the perspective of other teams which really helped me develop the way in which I view and manage a project. I see not only myself but other team members growing along with the company which is one of my joys in coming to work every morning.
Development Division
Thinking about what I will be doing and how the world will change in the future from a developer's technology centered perspective is so much fun for me. Just like the company's motto 'What's to come', I enjoy working with such talented teammates to prepare for the future. The bright company atmosphere and all team members respecting each other are additional factors that I like about this company. I hope we could come up with something great.
Development Division
FIG seems like a ship that sails without once facing a headwind. Sometimes I wonder whether it is okay for a ship to sail this fast. I am thankful that I can work with teammates who enjoy such speed and who constantly strive to do even better.
Management Support Division Support Team
As a company that proposes change that affects the daily, we provide a number of welfare to our employees. One of the best welfare is the in-house cafe where I currently work. The young and vibrant energy of the employees help me come up with creative new beverage and dessert menus that I believe provides a refreshing experience to all of FIG's empoyees including myself. Communicating with such talented co-workers who always provide honest and helpful feedbacks to the menus that I develop is an eye-opening and joyful experience that I really cherish.

FAQ
- Q. Can I re-apply as an employee?
- If you didn't show up for your interview session or if you declined to accept our offer after your final round of interview, you may not reapply. However, if you didn't make it in the application round, you may always reapply.
- Q. Can I apply for multiple positions?
- At FIG one person can only apply for a single position. Therefore, we do not recommend you apply for multiple positions.
- Q. Do you notify us even in cases where we do not pass the application round?
- Employees at FIG thoroughly review your submitted application before making a decision on whether to proceed to the next round. If your resume does not make it through the application round, it might be difficult for us to individually contact every one of our applicants who have not passed.
- Q. I applied for a different position by mistake. Can I rescind my application submission?
- If you applied via e-mail, please write us an e-mail either rescinding your submission or changing your position to hr@firmainnovation.com. If you applied via a recruitment platform, please visit the platform and click on [Rescind Submission] to cancel your application.

- Depending on the necessary requirements listed on the recruitment notice, you may or may not qualify for a certain position. Please check our recruitment notice before submitting your resume.
- Q. I am a foreigner. Can I still apply for a job at FIG?
- We do not discriminate potential employees based on their nationality. Having said that, you must be in possession of a working visa that allows you to work for a Korean employer. Additionally, since the HQ of FIG is in Seoul, you must be able to communicate in Korean in order for you to apply for a job position at FIG.
- Q. Where can I find the recruitment notice for FIG's subsidiaries?
- Recruitment notice for FIG's subsidiaires are not posted on FIG's website. Please visit the recruitment platform/website to check for any open positions for FIG's subsidiaries before applying for a position.
- Q. I am currently living abroad. Can I do my interview online?
- All interviews for FIG's job openings are done on a face to face basis. If you cannot make it to the interview due to some unavoidable circumstances beyond your control, please contact us at hr@firmainnovation.com. We will discuss the issue internally and will get back to you on how to proceed.
- Q. What does the interview session look like?
- FIG 's interviews are usually conducted where multiple interviewers interview a single interviewee. The above is subject to change depending on the number of applicants.
- Q. Can I receive feedbacks on my interview session?
- From a pool of applicants applying for a single position, we select one applicant that we believe has the necessary skill sets required for the open position. Therefore our evaluation is made on a curve. As a result, we do not provide detailed feedbacks or reasons for pass / failure to pass to our applicants.
- Q. How long does it take for me to receive the results of my interview?
- We will individually notify you of the results within 10 business days. If, for any reason, it takes longer than 10 business days for us to reach a conclusion, we will also notify you of the delay.
- Q. How long does the entire application process usually take?
- The entire application process takes from anywhere between 3 to 5 weeks. If you make it through the final round of interview, we will indivudally notify you of your joining schedule.
